How to setup TDM_PORTAL_URL variable?

HI All,
I'm new to TDM tool. we installed TDM Server and datamaker on different systems. When I opened data subset section if throwing me below error. Please help me how to setup this variable on my client machine/laptop.

Unable to connect to Test Data Manager telemetry service.
Please ensure that environment variable TDM_PORTAL_URL
is set and points to the hostname where TDM Portal is installed
(e.g. 'https://hostname:8443' or 'http://hostname:8080').

To disable future connection attempts set environment
variable TDM_PORTAL_URL to N.

Hi,

    You need to set a system variable like this    TDM_PORTAL_URL = https://TDM_Portal_Host:<port_number> where the URL matches the settings for your TDM Portal installation. This is the link to the documentation . The message is just a warning and GT Subset will work normally but Telemetry data will not be collected.
