Does TDM have support for working with salesforce databases?

Hi Jhonatan,  there are a couple of use cases that TDM customers use with Salesforce:

You can use the Salesforce Data Loader to extract Salesforce objects to a file, mask/condition using TDM, then use Data Loader to update/upsert.
You can use TDM to generate data into a specified file format, and use Data Loader to insert/upsert into Salesforce objects

So if I need to mask productive data, would I have to download them in one of the formats allowed by TDM, mask them and reload them in the tool?

Could sensitive information not be compromised?

Hi Jhonatan,

You would want to automate the process so that the extract is into a protected directory, and the file is removed after the upload process is complete to mitigate risk.
