  • 1.  Unable to load login page of CA TDM portal

    Hi All ,

    I have installed CA TDM 4.9 in my system.

    When I tried to open CA TDM Portal , I am getting below error :

    This site can't be reached

    I have also checked ports are open but not sure why I am unable to access login page for CA TDM portal.

    Hi,
       Please verify the TDM portal logs from %programdata%/CA/CA Test data manager portal/logs/startup.log . If there are any issues related to TDM repository database connections, service will be stopped and you can not access the portal. 
       Go through the errors in startup.log and take action accordingly. If you still not able to find root cause from log analysis, zip the log folder and share with us.
