I have been working a case where the Clients were trying to install 4.8.1 on a Windows machine with the Docker installation. Unfortunately, the CPU's (2 core and 4 core) become overwhelmed for a long, long time. Please expect poor performance with under powered machines when starting up as in many, many minutes. The software is bringing up the Oracle Database, Orient Database, AND the portal all on one machine.
The best and the recommended place to install the 4.8.1 is on a Linux machine.
