We are unable to access all the connection profiles using our LDAP accounts. Portal is not starting.
Steps Followed :
Gave complete permission to the individual user same as administrator
Still unable to see the connection profiles under individual user name on portal.
Tried to disable LDAP and use administrator. But TDM portal is not restarting. Need help.
Can you restart the portal service ?
Can you see the connection profiles when creating an environment?
For the issue with the portal not starting can you review the startup.log in this location C:\ProgramData\CA\CA Test Data Manager Portal\logs. I would also suggest raising a support ticket so CA support can assist with the troubleshooting.
