I am facing below issue. One self service flow is not getting displayed in self service catalogue. Appearing if i restart the service from server. This is happening for more number of times. How to debug and fix this issue.
Any possible reasons for this.?
Could you please clarify/confirm - are you using TDoD or TDM Portal? Which service do you restart to resolve the problem? What version of TDM are you running?

I am using this in TDoD portal. This is developed using ARD and data maker.

I have restarted CA Test Data Manager Portal service.
TDoD and TDM Portal are 2 different components. If you are recycling the TDM Portal service and based on the tile description, it sounds more like portal than TDoD.
You could put Portal into to debug mode:

At this point it would be recommended to open a support case if/when the problem reoccurs.
