Need to configure vTDM but not able to find OVA file under download section

    Hello,

     

    I am looking to configure vTDM on CA TDM portal. As per docops.ca 1st need to configure/Install OVA File.

    Not able to find it in download section of support.ca site. Please help to configure vTDM.

    Hi Ajit, 

     

    Are you using these instructions to find the download?

    1. Go to https://support.ca.com/ and login.
    2. Click on the download management section.
    3. Search for CA Test Data Manager.
    4. Click on the number for Product Downloads Available.
    5. At the bottom of the search results you will see 'CA Virtual Test Data Manager Add-On MULTI-PLATFORM'. Click on the cloud icon to download it.

     

    If you are still not seeing it on the CA Support Online Download site, you can call our global service center at one of these numbers, and they will be able to have it added for your site ID: Contact CA Support - CA Technologies

    A VMware ESXi 5.1 or later is required to host the appliance. VMware Workstation is not supported. A VMware vSphere Windows client is required to deploy the OVA file.
