Error while connecting DB2 from FDM

Hi All,

 

I am trying to connect to DB2 from FDM but getting below error:

 

[JCC][10389][12245][4.15.134] FAILURE IN LOADING NATIVE LIBRARY DB2JCCT2,

JAVA.LANG.UNSATISFIEDLINKERROR: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DB2JCCT2.DLL: CAN'T LOAD IA 32-BIT .DLL ON A AMD

64-BIT PLATFORM:  ERRORCODE=-4472, SQLSTATE=NULL SQLSTATE=NULL

 

We have 64 bit server machine and 32-bit DB2 driver installed. I know FDM uses JDBC connectivity unlike CA TDM which uses ODBC.

I am able to connect to same DB2 instance using ODBC through CA TDM. I have switched to JMV 32 bit version but still the same error appears on FDM.

 

Any thoughts on this?

Adding to above: What is the driver type FDM uses? Is it type 2 driver or type 4 driver?

A support case has been opened on this, so we will post the troubleshooting steps and resolution to here once it is resolved.

This issue was resolved by receiving new FDM and DB2 jar files from the product team. After replacing the current files with these jars, the issue was resolved.
