    Hi 

    After the Upgrade from CA Harvest Software Change Manager  R13.0.3 getting error message during the Checkin process and I found the following article that inform that is necessary run a script  with name CA_Harvest_Fix_Sequences.sql ...

    - I would like to know if someone have this script to share !!

    CA Harvest Software Change Manager - OpenMake Meister

    After the Upgrade from CA Harvest Software Change Manager R12.6 to R13.0.3 getting error message during the Checkin process.

    E03020003: Database error [CA Harvest SCM][ODBC 20101 driver][Oracle]ORA-00001: unique constraint (CASCM.HARVERSIONDATA_PK) violated SQLSTATE=43.
    I00060079: Check in summary: Total: 1; Success: 0; Failed: 0; Not Processed: 1.
    E03060019: Process Execute failed. Process Name: CheckIn.

    - Copy of the whole database before started the upgrade and worked with hdbsetup through the migration
    Environment:

    CA Product = SOFTWARE CHANGE MANAGER 
    Product Release =13.0 
    Release: 13.0.3, 
    Operating System: Linux SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4 64bit 
    Databse: Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit before Oracle Release 11.2.0.3.0 64bit 

    Please contact CA Support for help.
    This error does not necessarily state that your database is corrupted.
    Sometimes during export and import, the sequence values in the schema are not updated properly and that's when you receive this error. 
    A script will provided from CA Support to  reset sequences and we need the created output for information.
    This will tell us whether a reset is required for your sequences.
    Based on the result from above step, CA provide you another script CA_Harvest_Fix_Sequences.sql that does the actual sequence correction for you. And that will put an end to these problems.

    E03020003 
    Database error %s1. 
    Reason: 
    A database or ODBC error occurred on the server. The reasons can include an incorrect SQL syntax, operation out of sequence, or database constraint violation. This could be a sign of corrupt data in the database or an obscure server bug.

    For assistance, contact CA Support at http://ca.com/support.

    Hi Balakrishna,

     

    Unfortunately I can't open the harvest Ticket , but my client opened  and he received a series of scripts ( but not  CA_Harvest_Fix_Sequences.sql script  ) ... and he checking with broadcom support ... which script he should to run ....
