Refresh on Linux Ubuntu 64 bits

According to r12.6 and r13 compatibility matrix, Ubuntu is not supported. What alternatives can I try?

Have you tested it?  It might not be officially supported, but I have successfully run previous versions of Harvest in Ubuntu without issue.  I haven't tried 12.6 or 13.  If it works, then it just needs certifying, which is one for the suggestion box.

Sorry for the delay!

I have to agree with Robert, as I have tested it on Ubuntu a couple of times, but never with these versions.

Although it is not certified, it can work. One caveat is that you might run into situations where the Support team can't help so quickly and efficiently (or won't) because they didn't run into those same situations on the systems they have certified. Anyway, you should be able to infer most of the solutions to your problems from the other Unix OS.
