  • 1.  Expecting only one secondary process error

    Trying to navigate to a Process to make changes (Designer -> Process Design -> Processes -> click on a process) and an error is thrown
    Unexpected error on server [Expecting only one secondary process for process 243533]. Please refer to server logs with timestamp [2019-08-20 19:32:07].

    In the NAC nolio_dm_all logs the following error is shown:
    2019-08-20 18:39:15,794 [http-nio-8443-exec-56] DEBUG (com.nolio.platform.server.dataservices.services.model.ProcessesDaoImpl:898) - Starting edit of process ProcessContainer{name='GNARebal_Deploy_Client',id=243533}
    2019-08-20 18:39:15,823 [http-nio-8443-exec-56] ERROR (com.nolio.releasecenter.designer.controllers.process.ProcessGraphController:122) - Controller method error occurred.
    java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expecting only one secondary process for process 243533
    	at com.nolio.platform.server.dataservices.services.model.ProcessesDaoImpl.getProcessEditedProcess(ProcessesDaoImpl.java:1159)

    Because the error stack trace mentions getProcessEditedProcess I looked at the edited_process table in the database and noticed that there are two entries for proc ID 243533 both of which have WORK_STATE as IN_EDIT. Reading the error I assume the root cause is because there are these two rows for the same original proc ID. Has anyone seen this before? Is it safe to remove one of these two rows of the same original proc ID? Is there any other way to resolve this error?
