I need to connect from CA release automation to BMC Remedy Server and need to check the status of the incident raised in BMC Remedy.
Based on the status only I need to proceed on another action.
So how to check the BMC remedy server incident status from CA release automation.

I suppose RA cannot get incident status in Remedy directly.
However, RA can run command line, REST or SOAP API in deployment. If Remedy has command line interface or API for your expectation, you can call from RA.
