JBoss Action pack: error executing actions

Hello community:

 

I´m using the #jboss action pack (disable deploy, undeploy and deploy actions) but when I test any of those (the action itself or within a process or flow) it fails showing in that the action failed to execute, but when I check the JBoss administration console (version 6.2 under OS RHEL), the action performed successfully. Any ideas or thoughts what might be wrong?

The CA RA version is 6.2

Can you check the agent nolio_all.log file and see if there are any errors?

I ran into the same problem and have a support ticket open for it:

 

SAP Portal Services 

 

The agent logs show the exact commands that the action is running and you can run those using the Run Command Line action.

 

You may also be able to revert to an older version of the action pack like 10.9.1505.1, but I don't know the process for installing an older version of an action pack over a newer one.

What version of JBoss are you using?

 

Also check the nolio_all.log to see what exact command the action executed and share it here, if you don't mind.

 

For example, if you're running the "enable or disable" action, you'd find it logged with the actual command called, like this:

Any ideas where I can find more details about the error?

I get the same error; and without increasing the agent logging level (not sure how to do that), I don't think there is any additional information.

 

BTW, I have the older JBoss Action Pack (10.9.1505.1) if you need it.

If you can share it that would be great, I have nothing to loose trying with that version.
