  • 1.  RA 5.5.2 - Delete Application Not working

    Posted May 30, 2016 02:47 AM

    Hi All,

We have just upgraded a client to RA 5.5.2 and post upgrade, we are trying to delete few redundant applications.

The delete is failing with error " Unexpected error on server [id to load is required for loading]. "

How to overcome this error and can we do the delete from db ?

    Thanks

    Paneendra

    Hi

As I know the enhancements for delete application functionality added in V6.1 , in addition  ,I think similar issue to what you described here already reported and should be fix in future releases. I would suggest to contact support for getting more detiles

    Thanks
