Do you know if is it possible to answer user input actions using your mobile device? like going into ROC with your phone and answering through it? Is it user friendly? is it even possible?

It is possible in some cases but not user friendly (As I know accessing through mobile devices is currently not supported)

Yes, while not officially supported, it isn't hard to answer user input actions. I tested this using the Chrome mobile device simulator mentioned here:
Simulate Mobile Devices with Device Mode | Web Tools - Google Developers
As the others have stated, it is not officially supported, but in theory may be possible. That said, I think this could potentially a great idea to submit if you're interested, as that could be a useful enhancement.
