XOG Task Links in new UX

Hi All.
Clarity PPM 15.7 new UX.
For a customer I need to automatically add a link to task requirement into Task.
I checked the prj_projects_write xml but I haven't found any reference to links.
Is there a way to add them throug XOG or REST API? (I found that inserting the link directly into PRLINK table works, but it's not supported).

There is no option to insert links into PPM via XOG that I am aware of.
I know of cases where table inserts have been done, but as you say, it is not supported.
In regards the new UX, would you not be able to use Channels instead?

The problem with channels or links is that every time you create a new requirement and link in to a task, you must go to the project and create a new link or channel. Customer would have it done automatically.
Could it be an enhancement request?
