  • 1.  benefit slice is giving USD converted value for cost

    Dear All,

We are in multicurrency system with default currency as USD and forex rate is defined in the system. We are seeing some discrepancy in the slice value for benefit plan than UI. UI give the correct benefit cost value. But from slice table (odf_ssl_bft_dtl_bbft), we are getting the USD converted cost value. However, fin_plan_details table (total_benefit) give the cost value same as UI.

let say i have Argentinean currency project, From benefit slice am getting the value of benefit cost as USD converted. This issue seems to be happen only in benefit slice.

do we have any setting in the system to make the slice to be converted as USD by default.

    Regards,
    Agin

    Hi Agin

There is no setting as such to store based on currency as it drives from the entity only, we see you raised this as a support ticket and we will work with you and update the outcome.

    Dear All,

We have found out the issue.

Some of our project have billing currency as USD not the same as the project currency. The slice being used was for the billing benefit slice
    odf_ssl_bft_dtl_bbft

Instead of using the billing benefit slice, use ODF_SSL_BFT_DTL_BFT slice which uses the project currency can be used for the reporting. will fix the issue.

    Regards,
    Agin
