  • 1.  Resource Requests - User doesn't populate in the listing

    Good morning!  I have a resource request that came in for a specific role in our system.  When the manager tries to go in and fulfill the request by adding the resource he wants to do the work, the resource doesn't appear in the listing.

    I've check to be sure the resource has the correct role in our system, but he still doesn't appear.

    Any ideas on what I'm missing?

    Hi Linda,

    I would suggest checking the rights/permissions that the manager has for that particular resource.
    Are there any differences, rights related, on a/the resource(s) that does appear and the one that does not appear on the list?
