We are facing connectivity issue when we connect VPN.
We worked with the network, proxy, firewall teams and could not found any specific message which tells what the issue is other than authentication failure message what we get in Excel (currently testing with). We have similar issue with Tablau tool
Error Message = We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.
Connection works when we disconnect VPN. Has anyone faced this issue and if yes, what was resolution?
