    Hi,

    Currently, I am working with the CA Service Desk 17.1 and CABI 4.1 SP 5 Integration.

    The Integration is working without problem. But I noticed a inconsistency in a new field "field z".

    When run the report, The data is mixed, with other tenant using the same custom field

     

    I attached information and screens in the attached document.

    Hi,
    It seems you have an issue with Service Desk.
    This thread is open at the PPM communities.
    Please raise the same with the Service Desk communities.
