Hi! Todd, did you check if this summary task has a resource assigned? if so, sometimes MSP seems to be broken showing summary task in those condition, it not good practice, and gets broken, and also clarity work odd.
If you only experience this on 1 project, perhaps is broken, in the task, and fails. With new versions, and the boards, new task moves to the button part of the list.

Hello,
Tasks that have been entered in Clarity 15.3 do not display in MS Project. The tasks appeared at the bottom of the Gantt in Clarity so I moved them to the correct location. They were completed tasks. It was a Summary Task plus the "work package" tasks. Has anyone experienced this issue?
