Subject: General Availability Announcement for Clarity PPM Release 15.7

On behalf of CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce that Clarity PPM Release 15.7 is now available for On Premise and SaaS customers.

New features for Clarity PPM Release 15.7 include:

    • Greater support for 'Modern Ways of Working' with the introduction of boards for both Projects and Ideas that include our innovative configurable board cards, flyouts, filtering, and saved view capabilities.
    • Major strides forward in modern UX configurability with the expansion of configurable flyouts to allow resizing & two column layouts; support for static dependent lookups, parameterized lookups, and URL attributes; and the ability to use one or multiple OBS fields in filtering.
    • More out of our initiative to support team-based planning & execution, including the ability to manage Teams outside of the Administration module and perform individual time entry on tasks assigned to the Team.
    • Expanded Investment Lifecycle Management in the modern UX with the ability to convert Ideas to Projects as well as record cost plans and manage custom sub-objects on both Ideas & Custom Investments.
    • Continued improvements to make life easier for roadmap authors, including the option to sync capacity information from either assignments (ETCs) or allocations and the option to truncate roadmap item labels to prevent text overlapping in the timeline.
    • Enhanced ability to integrate with external systems via our available REST APIs.
    • Easier system administration with the introduction of a Customizations report that will detail any specific configurations or customizations that have been made to your Clarity system.
    • Various items in response to customer demand including a Links module in Custom Investments, Excel-style cell highlight aggregation in selected grid views, and a search capability in the grid column picker to more easily find the fields you want to add to the view.
