Allow Direct Login when SSO is Enabled

Hello,

Recently, I notice that when creating resources in PPM or creating new users, I get an option to check "Allow Direct Login when SSO is Enabled". 
Our organization has PPM login enabled through SSO. So, do I have to check this box "Allow Direct Login when SSO is Enabled", for new users to be able to login to PPM using our organization's SSO link? 

Could someone shed more light on its purpose? Thank you. 

Steps I am doing are:
Administration --> Resources --> New

The option Allow Direct Login when SSO is Enabled is not currently used. Check out KB below:

Please leave it as False.  

For any new users to be added to SSO, you must ensure they added in your IdP, there is nothing else that has to be done. 

There is currently no possibility to connect directly to the application if you have enabled SSO, unless you have an app server that is non-SSO.
