  • 1.  CA PPM Adapter Client - Job Failed

    Hello all,

    I have an urgent issue as we need to run the CA PPM Adapter client job asap to meet our financial deadline, hopeful that someone can help :(. 

    The job was ran a few times but it failed each time. This is the first time running it since we upgraded PPM to 15.7.1 - not sure if java or something needs to be updated.

    I'm not able to attach pictures of the log but it would say "no of rows affected through (Default) Milli Seconds:: 7", and "No of rows affected through (chargeable Milli Seconds::1)"

    Hi Tammy

    This job looks like a custom job. If you have upgraded clarity was the job was tested with the upgrade. You may want to raise a case.

    This seems to be CA Services' packaged work product job for adapters. You should raise a case to get this fixed.
