Xog or RestAPI for Blueprints

Please if there is any possible way to export and import blueprints defined in NewUI? We found out that there was existing one in 15.6 but nowadays in 15.7 - 15.8 there is no such an definition in restAPI description. Can you please help out this problem?

On the screenshots there is info from 15.6.

I checked 15.8 also and we dont have that API yet.
