Help on How to open files from BCK-Dump

Hi there, we have one client that decides to end the subscription with CA/Broadcom, the OnDemand team give them a dump of the databases, the schema from ORA, but, they dont know how to interpretate that information, so do you have any suggestion on how to review this dumps, if we open with some kind of tool, like DBeaver, Oracle, SQL Studio...thanks in advance!

If that is a dump of an Oracle database you should restore is to another Oracle database of exactly same version.
Talk to you db admin or if you do not have one read Oracle documentation to learn how it goes.
