  • 1.  Unable to create/view tasks in timeline view

    I have tasks on project but I am not able to view them in NewUI in timeline view even I am not able to create new task from timeline view.
    Doesnt matter even if I change time period for view.

    Hi Vit,
    I have seen a scenario where the timelice does not load.
    The problem was, that the content did not load, if the "Color By"-Option is not initially --none--
    I see you have got a color by status.

    I tried to change default view with none color by setting but result is the same

    New Update,
    "+" button working - new tasks are created but not visible on timeline view, on grid view I can see newly created tasks.

    on another environment I was able to reproduce this so when I created view as another user and uses this another view as me from that moment it works.
    unfortunately on original env. I am not able to reproduce this because it doesnt work for everybody.

    Bumping up for visibility. We just ran into this in 15.9.2. Deleting the tasks and re-entering them worked. Ideally, this workaround would not be practical if the project contained several tasks.

    Was there a resolution for this?

    No that shouldn't be idle way but it looks like the + sign was not loaded since the task had some issues, so it would be worth looking at that API calls were failing and corelate the same with errors at app ca logs
