  • 1.  Planned Cost in the Portfolio Waterlines

    Hi All,

    Can someone explain how the 'planned costs' (by month) is calculated in the the Portfolio Waterlines. I've checked each of the investments (project, ideas) cost plan and it is not the same result in the waterlines.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks

    Figures in the waterline view reflect the values between the portfolio start and finish. Any investment values outside those dates are not visible.

    Do those figures also depend on running the synch job?

    Thanks and noted.

    What I am seeing is the below situation for particular months:

    The planned cost in the Cost Plans (of all linked projects in the hierarchy) are:
    Jan = 20K
    Feb = 20K

    However the planned cost in the Waterlines are:
    Jan = 18,788
    Feb =  20,498

    I'm trying to figure out why these planned costs are different.
