  • 1.  Error using Import from CSV in New UX

    Hi

    I'm trying to use Roadmapping in new UX using import fron CSV but when I download the file, change some data, save (with csv format) antry lo upload the system show this message 


    I don´t know if is necessary another step.

    If I uploaded the template without changes, it was work. I was thinking that maybe are diffrent types of csv files and when I saved the file is updated with diferent format that Clarity needs.

    Somebody can help me with this case ?

    Hi Ciraima

    CSV is a Comma Delimited format, so the application expects the values to be separated by commas. I don't know what application you used to edit the file, but when I open it in Notepad I can see that the one that does not work is delimited by semicolons:

    For comparison the one that works has indeed commas:

    I suggest you ensure that you always use commas when modifying the CSV and saving it back, this is what is going to resolve your issue.

    One way to do that is to use Excel and save to text file in csv format.
    That way you do not have to set the column separators yourself.
