Unable to view Process Step Actions

I know this is a silly question but I have read the 15.7 documentation and looked in the knowledge store and I know I am missing something but... I am trying to build processes in 15.7 everything is going great until I create an Action in a step. It doesn't show up under the Action blue box. It did in 15.3. I know its there because I can see it when I click on the reorder box. 
There has to be something easy that I am missing.... can someone tell me how to edit/see an action I have created?

Hi konda,
It is not clear to me what is missing on the processes step.
Would you be able to attach a screenshot or provide further inputs of what is missing where?
