Phase/Summary percent complete and status issue

CA PPM SaaS version 15.6.1

On the Tasks->PPM Gantt page, when all the tasks underneath the phase/summary is updated to 100%  the phase is still showing up 0% and Not Started status

Is this expected behavior?  The expectation from the user was that, when all the tasks are complete within the phase then phase status should be updated automatically

Any pointer/reference to community forum is greatly appreciated

Hi there, did you check in settings of the project the % Complete Calculation?
 
There are 3 options, Duration, Manual & Effort. If you have it on Manual you have to do it by your self, in the other options the % complete of the task moves and increase the % of the summary/phase tasks!

I am wondering if the 'Update % Complete' job impacts just the Investment or also the Phases on the Investment. We have got this scheduled to run throughout the day, and I know that it does true-up the Investment's % Complete calculation.
