    Hi Dears,

I have an error when I am going to create a virtual field in a sub-object according to the attached image.

In the app-system log this is the error:

    ERROR 2019-10-21 20:41:27,353 [http-nio-80-exec-875] niku.xql2 (clarity:user:18855171__46BFB998-1130-4F24-8658-447FB6ACA1BC:odf.newObjectDefinitionVirtualAttribute) Internal Processing exception
    java.lang.NullPointerException

Has someone happened to you? How can we solve it?

    Regards

This was found in 15.6 and this the system throw an error once the user try to create the virtual attribute for task object if the Investment Object has a calculated type attribute with no formula or constant number in formula. And this can happen in any object

The calculated attribute with no calculation can exist at the Investment object level or the object that you are trying to create the attribute in. You can either set a calculation or remove the calculated attribute that is causing the problem, and then you can create the new one.
