The technical team is still testing and refining the PDF plug-in. They have run into certain issues with the export and are actively troubleshooting it.

Documentation for Clarity PPM 15.7 has been released on our new documentation platform. The Clarity PPM 15.7 documentation can be found here. Any large product portfolio documentation migration can exhibit a few challenges. Our documentation team working hard to ensure you face minimal disruption.
Some things you need to be aware of regarding Clarity PPM documentation are:
- We have merged our On-Premise and SaaS documentation into a single site. When you navigate to our SaaS (On-demand) documentation and click the 15-7 release, you will automatically be redirected to our new combined site.
- You cannot comment on content and provide feedback on our documentation. Please feel free to send your questions and feedback to Team-Techdocs-PPM@broadcom.com. The commenting capability will be added to our new platform over the next few weeks.
- You cannot export content to PDF in our new Techdocs platform. That export for PDF functionality will be added to the platform over the next few weeks.
- Clarity PPM content for localized languages is being added to the new documentation platform.
- We are working on improving our search experience and you will experience improvements in search results over the next few weeks.
- If you are using the Clarity PPM On-Premise 15.2 and higher versions, help IDs integrated with the product will break when we switch over from DocOps to our new Techdocs platform. Please use this KB article to update your system to ensure you continue to use the product help link to get to relevant content.
