Clarity PPM 15.6.1 ( SaaS)
We have resources working with different daily availability rate. Ex: India based resources at 8 hours per day and UK based resource work at 7.20 hours / per day and some other countries with 7.50 hours per day.
All of the resources are aligned to Standard calendar (default).
When I changed the Unit of Measure from Hours to FTE, it is showing less than 1 FTE for the daily availability less than 8 hours and the FTE is showing more than 1 when the availability is 9 hours per day
Please let me know how the FTE is calculated? Is it always 8 hours regardless of the resource calendar? Do I have to maintain different calendars for each availability rate like 7.2, 7.5, 9 hours?
