Populate Cost Plan from allocations / Assignments New UX 15.6.1

Dear Community, 

Do you know how we can add the options "populate from allocations" and "populate from assignments" for cost plan for the new UX V15.6.1 

It seems to be deleted !

Create the Cost Plan. Go into the Details and to the right side of the plan name, there is a 3-dot menu.
Click on the 3-dots to see the actions --- populate from allocations and populate from assignments should both be there.
