Tomcat 8 as an automatic window service

Hello,
I am trying to add jaspersoft tomcat 8 as a window service following this threadhttps://community.broadcom.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=757792, it went ok and running when I went on services list. 
But we cannot access our jaspersoft 7i got the http error 404 not find.

Any help to fix this will be appreciated.

Are yo using the same user who installed Jaspersoft and you are installing as service.

No, I am using ​the user Admin of the server.

and who installed Jaspersoft, was it done by user or admin?

The jaspersoft installation was done by a user but I have copied the ​.jrsks and the license in the Admin user.

Thanks for the additional information, was the user who installed was running as service, what error you see in the tomcat logs

I am trying to start it with the user who installed jaspersoft.

So looks like environment variable has issue
