  • 1.  Network - Error in the landing page

    Hi Everyone, 

    I am on SaaS Environment. We have integrated with SSO. It is taking the SSO credential and routing the main Clarity PPM URL but user is getting this error message when they go to the landing page. Any Idea ?

    Has the user tried clearing their browser cache? That seems to remediate most of these types of issues.
    If not a cache issue, could it be related to this:

    User tried clearing the Cache and it is still doing the same.

    In addition, user was using it for more than three years and it is suddenly stopped working.

    How many users are facing this? Did you see anything significant error on the app ca logs.

    Got these in 13.2 when the network was crowded and possibly  with heavy loads (portlets)
    Sometimes got also these


    Never really got to the bottom of that.
