    In project, there is an Advanced Resource Planning tab. Inside it, what does the color mean below.

    Both Red and Yellow have more assigned allocation than remaining allocation. What is the difference between Red and Yellow then?

    This looks like itd Advanced Resource planning add-on from a PPM partner called itdesign. You may need to check with them if there is any configuration around this.

    Yellow shows "slight" over-utilization, Red shows "high" over-utilization.
    Yellow and Red thresholds can be configured in ARP's Preferences as a %:

    Thanks Jan, I have received an answer. 100% < Yellow < 110% while Red is anything higher than 110%.
