Process finish date is showing earlier than its start date

  • 1.  Process finish date is showing earlier than its start date

    Hi All,

    We have observing a strange issue with respect to dates in Clarity.

    The Process finish dates are showing as less than its start date. This is not consistent for all the process but can be seen for every other process.

    Also dates updated through XOG are also showing dates less than the actual timestamp.

    Could you please help to solve the issue.

    Hi Pragya,
    I am working on the same through an issue.
    We have discovered the servers that have bgs and run processes have some time discrepancies (couple of minutes) between them and current time.
    Syncing their times should help on this
