WIP Adjustment - Quantity field rounding off to whole number (Clarity PPM Version 15.8.1)

Hi

We are using Clarity PPM version 15.8.1. Upon creating a WIP adjustment, specifically for the Quantity field, the decimals are getting rounded off to the nearest whole number. For instance, if we adjust 6 hours in the Quantity to 6.5, it remains 6. Any suggestions? 

Please note - This is a new finding in the current version, never noticed this in the last one.

This has been identified as DE56409 and is currently in progress as this is a critical bug.
