What is the error you are getting on the job logs page? Are you able to go to Advance Reporting and schedule the report.

- Create and Update Jaspersoft Users
- Synchronize Jaspersoft Roles
- Load Data Warehouse
- Load Data Warehouse Access Right
Error - RPT-0019: Exception while setting up report parameters.

When you run a report from Reports and Jobs it actually schedules the reports rather than running directly and you need to provide some additional rights. You may want to check the permissions by following this article https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=187566

We have recently upgraded non prod env to Clarity v15.8 and also Jasper reporting server to jasper 7.1. But whenever we try to execute any report it throws - :RPT-0020: Error occurred while downloading the report Capgemini - Timesheet Extract - Custom Range6. Please contact your system administrator." error.
In NSA/CSA jaspersoft is available, I'm also able to access Japser home from report server as well. Can anyone please help here?
