We have a user who was with us previously and has returned. Although we have reactivated her account she gets a User not found error when attempting to log-in:
Her credentials are exactly the same now as they were before, she has been made financially active and has all the needed access group rights assigned. Our Identity Management team have confirmed all is at it should be with her account - what have we missed?
Any help appreciated before I raise a case.
