New UX documentation

Hi All - Please share me New UX Documentation. 

question -

1. What is the need for that User interface, the existing Home, Admin, Favorite tab is good.

2. Adding "/pm" will takes us to New UX, does this mean Project Managers would use it a lot ?

I have so many questions, but going through the Docs would give me answers.
