We are trying to install AppDynamics for CA PPM 15.7.1 version.
Can anyone help us to know where the code Insertion to be done for C PPM to enable the run time monitoring.
Also AppDynamics team has below question:

We need to instrument the site header. The Copy of java HTML snippet downloaded from AppDynamics should be pasted into the header of the pages that needs to be monitored, right after the <head> tag and any <meta> tags, we can add it at the top of the <head> tag itself. The script needs to be added where they have defined header and rules for incoming requests, so that once the request comes it will add the script with response sent.
