Then it is gone from the database and there is no way to recover it from the active system.
As Nika says
If you have a database backup
set up another system and restore the backup there.
Then XOG out the project from that restored system.
XOG in the file to the active prod system.
That will bring back everything that can be XOGed from the time of the backup
If there are things that can not be XOG and you want you must manually copy them from the restored system to the active prod system.
If you do not have a back up then that is it.
All you can do is recreate the project from your memories and any pritented or saved reports for the date there is..

You could XOG it in from another environment, or
restore a copy of the most recent Production backup to a new database schema, link it to a test Clarity server and xog out the project from there, then xog in to Production.
