    Hello everyone,
Did anyone has come across issues with a CA PPM 15.6.1 with RDS MS SQL 2017. The release Notes states that MS SQL is compatible.
We have the CA PPM and RDS in AWS.
I am able to connect form App Server to the RDS with SSM and DSN and was able to telnet/tcp ping.
But in NSA, it the Database and Datawarehousing states unavailabe.
opened a CA ticket as well.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
The error that I see is,

The prelogin packet used to open the connection is structurally invalid; the connection has been closed. Please contact the vendor of the client library. [CLIENT: 111.111.11.11]

    Hi Sowmya

We dont support MS SQL Server 2017 yet with 15.7 also, hence its not supposed to work. Please review the compatibility in our official documentation.

    HI Suman,
The Release Notes should have been clearly written. it says MS SQL 2016 or higher...:)
    Thanks for the confirmation.

Higher means the service pack and not major release
