Open Workbench 2.1.2 Edit View issue

Just recently upgraded to OWB 2.1.2 and noticed that when I edit a view, the lines in Layout tab are compressed which makes it difficult to edit.
The lines look normal in Sort and Filter tabs.  Any idea on how to correct this?

Do you by any chance have configured a system scale for text, apps and other items higher than 100%?

In Windows 10 this setting looks like this:

If this is the case and you are using OWB 2.1.2 from a release older than 15.6, you might be experiencing this issue:

This has been fixed in OWB 2.1.2 for 15.6.
