  • 1.  Configuring Notification Templates for Conversations

    We recently moved from v15.5 to v15.8.1 as part of the GCP upgrade. If a user is mentioned in a conversation the email notification they now receive is useless as it does not reference the investment/project to which the conversation pertains. I believe it's possible to configure these notifications but I'm unclear which of the attributes needs to be added to the subject/body to include the data we need it in. These are the options I'm offered:

    Is the ID attribute variable the Investment ID? The preview function doesn't appear to help at all.
    I'd like the notification to advise the user of the investment/project against which the conversation has been entered, given these are typically notifications to Resource Managers to advise of a staffing need.

    You really can't do much with the email notifications sent for conversations.
