Safe to clear an old Report Run Lock?

​When I look at the System Locks on the page at http://SERVERNAME/niku/nu#action:security.locks, I see a 9 month old Report Run Lock held by the system account scheduler,scheduler. When I search for a report using the Instance ID as the Run ID, I get no results. In this case, to what does the Instance Id refer and how can I determine if this lock should be cleared or continue to be held? (This is Clarity 15.5.1 SaaS)

Hi Jenn
Sounds like an old report that was scheduled, so you should be able to safely clear this lock. To see what the instance ID refers to, run this query: select * from prlock
It will include the table as PRTABLENAME so you will know which table it refers to and can build a query to look for more info.
