  • 1.  NUE IE warning message does not show

    Posted Sep 14, 2020 12:09 AM
    Hello,

We would like to push usage of NUE to the end users, however some users are still using Internet Explorer.
If they open a link to NUE, they get totally blank screen without any content (instead of warning thata IE is not supported). We would like to present such users a standard warning.

Any suggestions what can be a problem?

    Hi Borutm
As you say IE is not supported on the Modern UX,
However, could you check the following in case it helps?

    Hi Borut,

Check to make sure the warning message is enabled on the Administration > General Settings > Systems Options, New User Experience section. The Hide IE11 Not Supported Banner should be cleared.

    Hi Janet,

I have checked settings. It is configured as suggested.

I think problem is within IE, however I can't figure it out.

    Thanks,
